Programmes for Women in Domestic Abuse Services We offer programmes for women who are using our domestic abuse services. These include community‑based activities and practical support providing opportunities for learning, connection, and personal development. Be You Programme The Be You programme offers community-based activities for women using domestic abuse services. Sessions take place in welcoming, supportive spaces and focus on wellbeing, confidence, and connection. Activities are delivered with the support of trained volunteers and shaped around the interest of participants. These may include creative sessions, gentle physical movement and wellbeing-focused activities, with opportunities to share ideas and feedback. Economic Empowerment Programme The Economic Empowerment Programme offers one-to-one and group support for women who have experienced domestic abuse. The programme includes workshops and events focused on practical areas such as money management, work, education and building everyday skills. Support is offered in a way which work for each individual. Workshops run throughout the year and may include CV writing, interview preparation and explore different work or education options. Mentoring support is also available for those who find it useful.
